This past October I had the honor of photographing this wonderful family again in their home town of Rye, New York. I met them last year, when their daughter had just turned 6 months old. I loved photographing them as a family before, and was elated at the opportunity to again. They took me to this beautiful little beach park just miles from the center of town, but away from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect quiet spot for little B to run around and explore during our session. It’s been said that having a child is like watching your very heart walk around outside of your chest. After seeing how these adoring parents looked at their little girl, I once again believe that statement is very, very true.

I photographed their family portraits using both digital and medium format black and white film. Sharing a few of my favorites here on the blog today!
