I recently had the honor of photographing this wonderful family in the hills of Palo Alto, California! This was my second session with this family, as I flew out last year to photograph their at home newborn pictures.at home newborn pictures. This past year went by so fast- and it was already time to return and photograph another session to celebrate his first birthday!

I offer families the option of booking what I call “The Motherhood Collective” package- which offers a client’s choice of two or three sessions in a custom package. This is package is most often booked as a maternity and newborn session or a newborn and one year session.

I was so honored that Hannah and Jake flew me out to photograph them, not once- but twice! We photographed this session in the most beautiful location as the golden California sun set over the mountains. It was one of the prettiest locations I think I have ever photographed and hope to shoot there again sometime soon! The majority of my work is on black and white film (as you can see all throughout my website!) – however my clients do receive both color and black and white images photographed on both medium format film and digital. The golden California sunset was just so beautiful, that I decided to photograph some of their session on color film as well! This is something I add on a custom basis, depending on the light and location.
