Before Honeybook, I was so FRUSTRATED with the lack of streamlined communication in my business. I was tired of searching through a gazillion emails before finding the client detail I needed. My booking process was clunky and outdated. My business basically ran off phone reminders. "Send so and so their invoice for their payment"  and "Follow up with Susan". My frazzled process was taking up too much time and brain space.  I wanted to impress my clients with a professional, branded experience.  I wanted to work smarter, and not harder.
