This past fall I had the honor of photographing this at home newborn session for this wonderful family in their Concord, MA home. I met Kayla at one of the annual Fount Workshops a couple years ago, had the honor of photographing family portraits for her not long after, and this year I got to meet and photograph their newest addition.

Big Sister bubbled with excitement and even she too went and got her wooden toy camera to help take photos. She called me by “photog-wa-fee” as if it were my name and it was entirely adorable!! We opted to take the majority of photographs in their bedroom where the light was the brightest and allowed us to take some intimate family shots in their most treasured of spaces.

I loved so much about this session! (Including how you can see images of our past sessions framed in the background!)  I am sharing here just a few of my top favorites, most of which were photographed on medium format film.
