Last night I had the honor of photographing the most beautiful maternity session on the coast of Kennebunkport, as Rebekah and Billy celebrated the soon arrival of their third baby girl while on here on summer vacation. They were such a dream to photograph from start to finish- and I am absolutely on the edge of my seat to get the black and white film scans back! Kennebunkport gave us the most beautiful sunset and cotton candy skies as these two spent together in celebration and thankfulness.

Rebekah wore a perfect Isabella Oliver wrap maternity maxi dress, currently on sale HERE! I usually encourage clients to stay away from solid black, but because Rebekah excitedly read my Session Planning Guide in the time leading up to our time together, she knew that if the fabric was right, and provided detail in the texture, than it would work perfectly! What I love about this dress and what she chose, is the draping of the fabric and the texture of the wrap at the top gives detail in the image. This is also one of those wrap dresses that you can wear different ways to give it variety and the style you are looking for. You can choose to wear it asymmetric, halter-neck, bandeau or with capped sleeves. It truly was a perfect for the style of their session last night!
