January and February seem to be the most popular months of due dates for so many of my clients. I am so looking forward to photographing many newborn babies as they are welcomed into their family this winter!

I am already booking into 2015, and wanted to share that my Connecticut availability for January and February is already filling up quickly, so if you are looking to book your maternity or newborn session during those winter months, now is the time to book! These sessions are most usually held in the comfort of your own home, especially during the chilly winter season! Not only does this make your session very stress free and relaxing, and provide the most intimate and meaningful background for your portraits, but I also recommend my favorite hair and makeup artists to meet you right in your home before our session. We understand those sleepless first weeks and our goal is to make this experience as easy for you as possible, and the mothers I have worked with this past year have raved about how wonderful it was to not have to pack up baby and leave home for their portraits.

We are rolling out the 2015 additions and price changes by December and could not be more excited about what the new year has in store. We are working with a few different artisan companies for your heirlooms in 2015 and we can’t wait to show you! We have added our travel schedule to the left sidebar of this blog so you can stay up to date with opportunities to book near you! I am always available for custom travel for my clients, but it’s also nice to be able to book when I am already there and not have to worry about additional travel fees! Charleston, South Carolina may also be added to that list for January 2015, which I am really excited about! And possibly…are you ready for this??? Maybe even Europe. Ahhh! 2015 I love you already.
