This past weekend I had the honor of photographing newborn portraits for my good friend Spring in their North Conway, New Hampshire home.  I wanted to create a collection as timeless as her maternity portraits that we photographed in Cape Elizabeth, Maine last month, and this portrait instantly became a favorite. Photographs like these are the very reason I do this. I can see this little girl showing her someday little one this portrait of of their grandmother holding her in those first weeks of life- and that is everything to me.
