About a month ago, I met this beautiful mother who is expecting twin girls on a trip to Portland, Maine. We photographed her maternity portraits at the well known Portland Head Lighthouse at Fort Williams in the beautiful town of Cape Elizabeth. It was the perfect weather and the most delicious light. It was the kind of overcast evening that my photographer heart dreams of shooting in 1000% of the time. The way it made the shoreline colors pop with her dress…it just could not have been any sweeter!

Now that I am officially local to the Southern Maine area, ( more stories from the move to come! ) I am so looking forward to many more portrait collections on these incredible rocky coastlines.
