About a month ago, I met this beautiful mother Ariana and her 5 week old baby boy for a sunrise portrait session on the rocky coast of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. I had never photographed at sunrise before, and so we planned this session specifically around a perfect location that would capture the rising glow up over the ocean. Ariana was a trooper, and even agreed to climb down rocky cliffs to get to the best spots. Her little one slept the entire time, all snuggled in his cable knit blanket. It was such a fun experience to be up with the sun, and we got quite the looks from early morning joggers!
