A couple weeks ago I had the honor of photographing a brand new baby with his parents in their West Hartford, Connecticut home. He was the sweetest little boy, sleeping with his mouth wide open for the majority of the session! It never becomes less special every time that I am given the opportunity to photograph a baby in the arms of their mother, especially when the road to motherhood was filled with hurdles and heartache. To see such overwhelming joy and fulfillment as they hold their miracle is the greatest honor I could ever hope to photograph. It brings such a deeper meaning to the photographs when you see motherhood for the wonder it truly is.
